The Eta Rho Mentoring Program
As a college student, trying to figure out what you want to do for the rest of your life can be very difficult.
Some students switch majors several times before they make a final decision on which major to study. Being a student
in general can be mentally draining, stressful and raise a lot of questions about your future. On top of that,
finding that first job and being prepared after graduation is a whole other story. The Eta Rho Mentoring Program
offers our members some assistance in answering these questions.
The Eta Rho Mentoring Program was developed to help establish a professional foundation for our undergraduate
members. Through our network of Delta Sig Alumni volunteers, we strive to help our members prepare for their
professional lives and their success. Our Mentor’s are available from a vast variety of career fields, from
Charlotte’s major banks and corporations, to marketing and sports communication. Having over 800 Delta Sigma
Phi alumni residing in the Charlotte area makes finding mentor’s in various fields easy!
Our Mentors can offer help in many ways, such as:

The Mentor Program designed to help our members get acquainted with their career choice before they graduate. In
fact, we encourage underclassmen members to find a mentor right away! Our goal is to help all of our members become
the top prospects in the career market and to help assist in anyway that we can…because we know what students go
through in getting started.
